Offerings

The Lightness of Being holds special events, yoga workshops, & retreats in a hyggelig little studio filled with warm brilliant white light and wonderful healing energies at Højgårdsvej 15B in Farum, Denmark as well as at locations encompassing the Earth.

Other offerings are Native American Sweat Ceremonies and Reiki Therapy. Strongly inspired by contemporary naturopathic and herbal therapies the vision of The Lightness of Being is to connect Eastern and Western medicines through solid clinical research within the healing art form of yoga therapy, herbal medicine and the body-mind-spirit interconnection.
